Madison County Rexburg 911 Call Center, Rexburg, Idaho.  Conceptual floor plan and artist rendering, of unified call center for past client's fundraising and community block grant application.  All work was completed in less than one week.

Historic Home Addition, Granary District, Salt Lake City, Utah.  Project included bedrooms, fire-resistive walls close to adjacent properties, and novel over-roof design for complete roof concept.

Patriot Plaza Industrial Office Tenant Improvement, Idaho Falls, Idaho.*  Repeatable office design for pre-demised shell structure for past client.  Project included code analysis and integration into past design.

Stricker Ranch Rock Creek Station, Hansen, Idaho.*  Historic site assessment and master plan completed for Idaho State Historical Society and Idaho Department of Public Works.  Scope included recommended maintenance, repairs, and phasing schedule for ranch museum with numerous structures and interactive displays on a large site.

Housing and Administrative Building Roof Remodels, Grand Junction, Colorado.*  Design solution for low-slope roof at Colorado Mesa University upgraded to a TPO membrane for simple, quick, cost effective construction.  Construction Documents were completed in less than a month.

Lucy's Pizza Tenant Improvement, Idaho Falls, Idaho.*  Project was for a popular restaurant in Historic Downtown that has multiple locations.  Design included all engineering, code analysis, plus furniture and kitchen equipment layouts.
